If you are not satisfied with your ArthritisGloves.info purchase, you may return it for a size
exchange, replacement or refund within 90 days from the order
date on your invoice.
EFFECTIVE February 1,
2007
A 15% administration, handling fee will be charged on all
refunds. There are no fees if you are exchanging for a different size or
model of glove.
Follow these steps:

- Your Invoice Number
- The Date of your order
- If the gloves have been worn
- The reason you are requesting an RA#

When submitted, your request is sent to our returns department for approval.
When approved, you will be sent an email with a return authorization number.
If your return request is denied, you will be notified as to the reason and how to obtain further assistance. All decisions of the returns department are final.
Please follow these directions carefully and check all information before submitting.

or White Sticker form (supplied by your postal outlet) please include

Upon receipt of the
returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 90
days of original purchase date:
- we will exchange the arthritis gloves for a different size or ...
- will credit your Credit Card / PayPal account or ...
- send
you a refund check or ...
- apply the credit to your account here
with us that you may use towards future purchases.
The standard 15% restocking fee applies to refunds.
There is no restocking fee if you are exchanging the gloves for
a different size.
You are responsible for any shipping fees required for your
exchanged gloves. We will email you with the rates and service
options when we have received your package.
